Greek Turkey Meatball Sub


Once you have made Greek Turkey Meatballs you can serve them in a variety of ways.  I made a meatball sub with them as an alternative to serving on a pita for lunch one day. 









Greek Turkey Meatball Sub  Recipe Serves :     1                                             Prep Time:   5 min                              Cook Time: 3 min
INGREDIENTS ( for each sandwich)
1 ½ Greek Turkey Meatballs sliced into 3-4 slices
1 ounce Feta Cheese
Baby Spinach
Cucumber Slices
Tomato Slices
1 clove of garlic, cut in half
Sandwich Roll, split and toasted

DIRECTIONS
Toast the top of your split roll.  Rub toasted surface with cut face of garlic.
Place roll on pan.  Cover one side with meatball slices.  Cover other side of roll with feta cheese slices or crumbles.  Place under broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is warmed and browning on edges. 
Place on plate.  Spoon Tzatziki Sauce over sandwich and add baby spinach, cucumber and tomato slices.  Serve with additional Tzatziki Sauce.
