This is my current Miso Soup Recipe that I have been requested to post. I didn't have any photos, but I thought my apple blossom photo fit the mood.

Japanese Pizza Recipe -- Okonomiyaki
I have been meaning to try Okonomiyaki for some time now. I’m not sure where I first stumbled upon it, but the concept of cabbage pizza was too good to pass up.

Tomato Curry Soup with Cumin, Cinnamon & Honey
I stumbled across this soup recipe today on Dinner Tonight as I scanned the what's cooking links on the side of this page. It sounded perfect for my dinner tonight. The outside temperature dropped quickly today from high 60s to mid 40s as a cold front moved into the region to push out the rain. Soup was just what I needed to warm my bones.

Pork Fried Rice
First off, this recipe is much easier than the ingredient list would have you believe. This rice is one of my go to recipes for leftover pork chops. It is perfect for a week night when everyone is on different schedules or for stocking the refrigerator for late night raids.
Come on, admit it, you love finding Chinese takeout in the refrigerator . . . Especially, if it is really great Chinese food.
